Let's hear it! Many of you have already shared it with me personally... now it's time to post it here in the comments section. You can see on the previous post that 2 people already have. So now it's your turn. :) (It's right below this post.) Can't wait to hear what you've come up with. We're in for a ride!!!
Today, I ate my "last meal"... of totally delicious, absolutely fattening, totally yummy, dimple growing Mexican food. It was mouth watering good. Of course I wanted to unbutton my pants when I was done because of my terrible display of bad choices in my eating... :)
Some of you saw me eating chocolate this morning at church and called me on it. Thank you for that. But DAY 1 starts tomorrow as I gladly reminded you as I ate each delectable piece of chocolate! Why does it have to be so good? We have a lovely lady here that makes these chocolate marshmallow brownie things that just melt in your mouth. I don’t even care if it becomes stuck in my teeth. It’s just been too good to say no to. But I will! :-D
OK OK, I know... I didn’t make a good choice. But didn't I tell you I'd be totally real with you on all my choices? Can't change that now. But tomorrow's 5 miles and 100 crunches are coming. Whew... can't wait. :-D Ok, let's not stretch the truth here. I'm more excited about the results of those 5 miles and 100 crunches than I am the actual work.
BUT I CAN DO IT!!! So can you... whatever the "it" is for your goal. I have faith in you. Together we CAN make a difference in our lives!!!
It's time to start sharing your goals! WHAT IS YOURS?
Deb

Thank you so much Deb for your guidance:
ReplyDelete1. Read and study the 31 daily chapters in the book of Proverbs without missing a day.
2. Start, organize, develop and post first blog on my new blog.
3. Read three inspirational/scripture based books to help my growth.
OK this is day one! I can do this with encouragement and accountability. My plan is to eat healthy and to give up the yummy sweets and bad carbs. I would like to lose up to 10 lbs by the end of the 30 day challenge. I guess I should get my body moving too, so I will add walking and possibly a jazzercise class. After indulging in a wonderful Coconut cake and a chocolate bunny yesterday I realized that this is gonna be hard! I can do this!!! Right?
ReplyDeleteDeb...this is so awesome! I'm so glad to have sisters to keep me challenged!!
ReplyDeleteMy goals are to continue with my weight loss by losing at least another 5lbs this month. (It comes off slower the longer I go.) I will commit to at least 30 minutes of SOME kind of walking or inside exercise a day and read 1 chapter from Proverbs and 1 Psalm a day.
1. Continue weight loss
2. Daily exercise
3. 1 Chapter from Proverbs & 1 Psalm a day
(Wisdom and Praise!)
AMEN!
